Harbour Early Learning - Aranda Preschool Promotional Video

The Campaign

Harbour Early Learning partnered with Curated Visuals to create a promotional brand film for their Aranda Early Learning Centre. The aim was to showcase the centre’s structured, nurturing approach through video — giving prospective families a warm and honest look into the preschool environment. The content was built to support Harbour’s enrolment strategy, strengthen their digital presence, and reinforce their reputation as a high-quality early learning provider in Canberra.

The Challenge

We needed to strike the right balance between structure and spontaneity. Harbour’s approach is rooted in guided learning and routine, but what makes it special are the real, unscripted moments — the connections between children and educators, the curiosity in a child’s play, the small wins of a learning day.

The Solution

We produced a 3–4 minute brand video filmed entirely on location at the Aranda Early Learning Centre. The video weaves together candid classroom footage, outdoor play, and educator interviews — visually reflecting Harbour’s core values of structure, warmth, and child-led discovery.

This is the kind of authentic content that builds trust before families ever book a tour — a core idea we explore further in How Branding Photography Supports Your Business.

The Production Process

Pre-Production

  • Discovery session with Harbour to align on tone, structure, and brand voice.
  • Planned a low-disruption shoot schedule, tailored to the preschool’s daily rhythm.

On-Site Filming

  • Captured 5 hours of candid footage, both indoors and outdoors.
  • Filmed interactions between children and educators, as well as playful, observational moments.
  • Conducted interviews with team members to bring authentic voices into the final narrative.

Post-Production

  • Edited a 3–4 minute brand video combining b-roll, interviews, music, and motion graphics.
  • Applied a consistent colour grade and accessible subtitle overlays.
  • Delivered optimised versions for web and social rollout.
The Result
The finished video is now a core part of Harbour Early Learning‘s digital communications — helping families connect with the centre long before their first visit. By showing real children, real educators, and a real learning day, the video positions Harbour as a trusted, professional, and people-first provider in Canberra’s early education space. This project is a great example of what we mean in our blog on The Value of a Video-Led Website: content that earns trust before the enquiry.
