K Property, a family-run commercial real estate agency operating in Canberra since the 1990s, engaged Curated Visuals to create a 3–4 minute brand film that showcased their professional reputation, family dynamic, and connection to the Canberra business community.

The goal was to craft a story-driven video that balanced legacy with a forward-facing tone — positioning K Property as both approachable and experienced.

The Challenge

The key challenge was to present K Property’s long-standing presence in a way that felt fresh and relevant. We needed to highlight their heritage while introducing them as a modern, people-first agency. This meant blending storytelling techniques with an understanding of what today’s property clients value most.

The Solution

We worked with Armin and the team to design a video that wove together behind-the-scenes footage, candid interactions, and high-quality visuals of day-to-day operations.

The video opened with a light-hearted black-and-white blooper reel to immediately disarm and engage viewers — before transitioning into polished, heartfelt scenes that showcased the team’s work and community ties.
