Josh's Fundraiser 2025 - I Got You

The Campaign

Curated Visuals was engaged by I Got You to document Josh’s Fundraiser — a powerful community event held in honour of Josh, whose memory continues to drive awareness for mental health and suicide prevention. Our role was to capture the emotion, energy, and impact of the evening through thoughtful visual storytelling — ensuring the moments shared on the night could be carried forward to support ongoing advocacy, awareness, and healing.

The Task

Capturing a mental health-focused event meant walking a careful line between respect and rawness. The visuals had to reflect the gravity of the cause while also celebrating the strength and unity of the community who came together to support it.

From a production perspective, the event setting included low lighting, fast-paced movement, and live speeches — all of which required a considered creative and technical approach.

The Solution

We delivered a 1–2 minute event recap film and a gallery of over 40 high-impact images, all captured with a documentary-style approach that prioritised candour and care.

From heartfelt speeches to quiet moments of reflection, our team blended into the background — using minimal setups to allow the event to flow naturally while preserving key moments that honoured Josh’s memory and celebrated the community’s response.
